Everyone loves ice cream and pizza! So I have the perfect gift for you, ice cream scoops and pizza cutters! Each handle is made using maple burl and resin with many different pigment colors.

I hand select each piece of maple burl and cut it to size for the mold so that I can mix and pour the resin. Each mold goes into a pressure pot at 60 PSI for 4 hours. If you would like to see this process, go to my Instagram page, click this link; https://www.instagram.com/p/CVvDI_WrpLA/
Once they have cured, I remove them from the pressure pot and I then cut to size and preapre each blank for turning on my wood lathe. Each handle is unique, the maple burl and the resin color, no two are the same!
After turning the handle, I finished each piece sanding to 12,000 grit and then applying 25 to 30 coats of finish before polishing to a high gloss finish. You can also see the tuning and finishing process on my Instagram, https://www.instagram.com/p/CUxFPJwIeeS/
Both the ice cream scoop and pizza cutter hardware is stainless steel and is very heavy duty. The hardware is removable from the handle for easy cleaning.
