Do you make 12′ or larger square walnut plates and if so are they safe to eat off of. I love the look of that type of plate. Also , does your walnut products scratch easily?
Hi Terry, I have not made 12 inch square plates before and yes wood is very safe to eat off of as long as the finish used is food grade. All of my items are finished with a food grade finish. Walnut is a very hard wood, all wood will scratch and will show knife marks, Using my Wood Conditioner would help to not see the scratches.
